NIKE ALCORTA

Nike Alcorta is an existing store in Alcorta Mall that has been around for 8 years. We are currently taking over the store from Southbay SRL. It was not a refit, it only had a layout change + aesthetic fixes and improvements in BOH to optimize the operation of the store.
We include a layout change for a new “look & feel”.
The Alcorta consumer welcomed the renewal since they were expecting a better assortment and an improvement in customer service.
With these improvements Alcorta NSO became the number 1 store in women's share of all our NSO stores.
